Once an order is placed, it goes directly to a mobile receipt printer we provide. The order prints out, you make it, and the customer picks it up. What the Trucks then deposits money for all orders directly into your bank account. You only pay on orders placed through our service.

How can I sign up my Food truck or cart?

If you're interested in registering your food truck or cart with What the Trucks, just call 877-462-7708 or email us at WhatTheTrucks@dookans.com . You can also submit your information through the form at the top of the page.

How much does this cost?

All orders are prepaid via credit card, and you’re only charged on orders that are sent to you through What the Trucks. A small transaction fee is taken from your subtotal, and a there is a flat credit card processing fee of 3% per transaction for all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX).

I already have a website. how can I add online ordering to it?

We can provide instructions to your web designer or we can do it for you. Either way, it’s free!

What equipment do I need to get started?

What the Trucks provides mobile receipt printers with our own 3G connection, or we can integrate with your mobile point-of-sale (POS) machine. The order prints out and you make it — it’s that easy!

When and how do I get paid ?

What the Trucks pays all mobile food vendors weekly via ACH (Direct Deposit) to your bank account. If you prefer, we can send you a check monthly.
